Arktic Ice accepts returns/exchanges of 925 Sterling Silver w/CZ Jewelry within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any 925 Sterling Silver w/CZ Jewelry item(s), an authorization form is required. 14k GOLD, MOISSANITE, or DIAMOND JEWELRY:

14k Gold, Moissanite, or Diamond Jewelry items are not subject to returns or exchanges, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. 14k Gold, Moissanite, or Diamond Jewelry items are subject to repairs only, at a fee of $99. Replacement of lost or missing stones may be subjected to additional fees. Please contact our customer support to receive the Authorization Form.

APPAREL:

Apparel is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn condition with the tags attached.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
